**Estimate of Six (6) months from Gap Analysis
1.
Identify lapses on the process and provide a recommendation to achieve company’s goal

Educate employees about the standard through:
- Awareness
- Documented Information
- Internal Audit

Ensure that responsibilities and authorities at relevant functions are assigned communicated and understood. i.e. TO / JD / MR / DCC / LA

Plan the action to address Risks and Opportunities.
Establish the Quality objective at a relevant functions, levels and processes (OTP/KPI)
5.
Prepare specific documents to determine your company’s QMS. These documents explain how your business uses ISO in a language your managers and employees can understand.
